The atlas

A curated, citable reference of molecular biomarkers across the soil food web. Browse, filter, and link back to the MS² evidence and FBMN family for every feature. The site is static; the data and code are open.

The explorer

The sister project at explorer.soillifeatlas.org handles SIRIUS re-runs, MS²LDA motif discovery, MASST queries, annotation propagation, spectral search, and custom-feature upload.
